Abstract

Two years after the introduction of the academic subject “electronic forms of supporting research”, an attempt was made to evaluate the didactic facilities used in classes. Materials for students are posted on a website (https://staff.uz.zgora.pl/jjedrycz/EFWBN.html). It is an e-learning platform offering 27 films, tools for remote work and access to electronic tests and surveys. All videos are posted on YouTube. This gave access to the YouTube Analytics system which offers a series of reports and summaries on how to use video materials. This solution made it possible to obtain answers to questions about the differences between the acquisition of declarative and procedural knowledge. The results regarding cognitive preferences and learning strategies were also of value.
